En lo que la auyama esté suave la coloco en la licuadora con un poco del caldo y licuo, como es mucho lo hago en dos partes, la primera parte la pongo en un envase y la segunda licuadora le coloco la sal la pimienta y la leche en polvo, no digo las cantidad de sal y pimienta porque eso es a gusto de cada quien, mezclar la primera licuadora con la segunda y pruebas la sal a ver si hay que retocarla, eso es todo ya tienes una muy rica cremita de auyama.
  6. Sin la sirves con una ramita de perejil o cilantro se ve muy bien el plato, a mí me gusta ponerle cubitos de queso blanco, se derriten un poco y saben a gloria, espero les guste.
