Cocinamos bien y escurrrimos el líquido que larga. Luego condimentamos a gusto. Cocinamos unos minutos más y apagamos el fuego.
  3. Añadimos el perejil picado y mezclamos. Reservamos.
  4. Cuando las calabazas están cocidas las dejamos enfriar unos minutos y con una cuchara comenzamos a ahuecarlas quitando las semillas y parte de la pulpa. Yo las semillas las tiré porque eran duras. Hay quienes les gusta y las pueden usar también. La pulpa que sacamos la añadimos a la carne. No saquen toda la pulpa, dejamos apenas un poco.
  5. Rellenamos y vamos presionando con la cuchara para quede bien apretado y entre bastante relleno. Cubrimos cada mitad de calabaza con una feta de muzarella. Y llevamos nuevamente a horno unos minutos para derretir la muza.
  6. Servir y disfrutar.
