  8. Batimos un huevo hasta romper el ligue. Salpimentamos y agregamos un poco de cebolla de verdeo picada, queso parmesano rallado y ajo en polvo.
  9. Damos vuelta los aros y vertemos el huevo con verdeo y queso en el orificio del aro. Cocinamos hasta que el huevo este cocido. Doramos de ambos lados.
  10. Pelamos y cortamos la calabaza en láminas no muy gruesas. Cocinamos en plancha con aceite de oliva. Salpimentamos.
