- Mondas la calabaza y la pones a hervir sin sal...la dejas que hierva hasta que este bien blandita.
- En una licuadora mezclas la calabaza, la leche condensada, la leche evaporada, la vainilla y si le vas a añadir el queso crema también lo añades....lo mezclas bien todo en la licuadora.
- Con el azúcar haces el caramelo..yo personalmente le añado unas gotas de agua o de vainilla al azúcar para hacer el caramelo.
- Una vez listo el caramelo viertes la mezcla y en el horno a 350ºF lo cocinas en baño de María por aproximadamente 30 min o hasta que este hecho completamente.
- Luego lo sacas del horno lo pones a refrescar y una vez se allá refrescado lo pones en el refrigerador por unas cuantas horas.
- Si lo deseas hacer para Hallowen puedes decorarlo con algunos dibujitos de plástico o algo parecido con ese motivo.
- Si deseas lo puedes desmordar...Esto es para un molde de mas o menos 9 pulgadas.
