    Voy aplastando los trocitos con un pisa papas y controlo a gusto. Me gusta chirla...
    Saco del fuego y envaso, en caliente, en frascos esterilizados.
    Dejo enfriar y a disfrutar.
    Ah... los conservo en la heladera.
