- Pasados los 15' agarramos el bollo y lo dividimos en 4 bollitos más pequeños.
- Iremos agarrando de a un bollito y espolvoreamos harina, estiramos, lo damos vuelta y espolvoreamos de vuelta harina, así hasta que quede fina.
- Una vez ya estirada la masa, con un cuchillo afilado iremos cortando las cintas de un poco menos de 1cm de ancho. (Una vez que ya las cortamos, las llevaremos sobre una bandeja espolvoreada con harina, y por encima de las cintas también echaremos harina).
- Dejamos reposar durante 10' y luego ya podremos ponerlos a hervir. Dejarlos que hiervan e ir probando con un tenedor si ya están blandos.
- Cuando ya estén listas las cintas lo restante es colarlos, hecharles en el mismo colador un vaso de agua fría y a la fuente para luego ir colocandole la salsa rosa!
