- A los ingredientes les agrego el peso por las dudas tengan
- ustedes balancita, es dificil saber que es mediano o grande para
- cada uno...yo soy fanatica de mi fiel ayudanta "mi balancita" :)

- Agregamos a nuestro relleno el atún,mezclamos bien

- Una vez que se cocino bien, probamos para rectificar sal o condimento, dejamos entibiar y agregamos los huevos sin batir demasiado solo revolviendo para no romper demasiado las claras (son la "plasticola" de nuestro relleno) y el queso rallado a gusto
- Colocamos las cacerolitas de calabaza en una asadera para horno y llenamos con el relleno. Llevamos a horno 200 grados hasta que se vea el huevo coagular.
- El último paso es agregarle un cuadradito de queso fresco, cuando este se derrita... Listo!!!
- NOTA: yo cuento 1/2 calabacita por persona... si son más chiquitas será una cada uno... cada uno sabe el apetito de sus comenzales ;) Buen provecho !!! Ojala les guste...
