- Picar los dientes de ajo y poner en un sartén con aceite en spray, después agregar la cebolla previamente picada,y dejarla rehogar, (yo le voy agregando agua en pequeñas cantidades y comienza a transparentar) después agregar la cebolla de verdeo y el pimiento (ambos picados)
- Dejarla un rato, pero no olvidar ir agregando agua cada tanto, después agrego el choclo rallado y ¼ de taza de leche descremada y dejar unos 20,25 minutos que se vaya haciendo IMPORTANTE ir revolviendo y agregando cada tanto agua o leche para que no se pegue !!!
- Condimentar con lo que se desee (yo use estos condimentos) y agregar 3 sobres de edulcorante,una pizca de sal y revolver bien
- Mientras tanto en otra olla o sartén hacemos la calabaza, primero pelarla,la cortamos en cubos y la ponemos en la olla con un poco de aceite en spray, cuando empiece a "pegarse" ponemos agua,y así cada vez que se consuma toda el agua,es importante que se vaya haciendo con poca agua por que así queda dulce y tierna,a diferencia del puré que queda aguado y sin mucho sabor. Condimentar(yo use lo mismo que para la mezcla del choclo) y agregar 1 sobre de edulcorante
- Cuando la calabaza ya este tierna (después de varías veces de poner agua y que se consuma) apagamos el fuego y agregamos la mezcla anterior de choclo para integrarla
- Colocamos la tapa en una fuente,colocamos el relleno y cubos de queso esparcidos y arriba la otra tapa ) cocinar hasta que la masa este lista.
