- Aceite vegetal lo necesario
- 1 chorizo cantimpalo en rodajas
- Calabaza 250 gr en cubos
- 1 hojita laurel
- 1 morrón rojo pelado y sin semillas en cuadraditos

- Agregamos las papas, y comenzamos a añadir agua caliente cubriendo los ingredientes. Luego añadimos la calabaza y el kale. Espumamos, retirando con la espumadera exceso de grasa u otros elementos que al hervir suben a la boca de la olla.


- Dejamos que la papá y la calabaza estén casi cocidas y añadimos los porotos. Comprobamos los condimentos (agregué 1 pizca más de pimentón ahumado) luego deje reducir hasta que el líquido casi desapareció.

- Apagamos el fuego y dejamos reposar unos 5 minutos. Servimos.
