  5. En una sartén con aceite vamos friendo un poco las tortitas por ambas caras las vamos reservando en un plato, rellenamos con el pollo mechado enrollamos y vamos poniendo las tortitas en una fuente apta para el horno
  6. Ponemos por encima la salsa de pimiento repartimos por encima la cebolla caramelizada y el queso rallado gratinamos en el horno y ya lo tendremos listo para tomar
