En mi caso, mayormente uso la leche desnatada y el azĂșcar moreno y para esta receta el aceite ha sido de oliva. - Aseguramos primero que no se haya pegado y luego le damos la vuelta con la sartĂ©n, sin miedo, como en las pelĂculas, para que no se nos deforme con la rasera.
- La aguantamos unos segundos mĂĄs y a plato. Yo le añado sirope entre tortita y tortita y luego por encima đ TambiĂ©n se puede añadir nata, esto ya al gusto. ¡¡Y ahora a comer!!
