  2. Agregar el azúcar junto con los huevos. Seguir batiendo hasta incorporar bien los dos ingredientes.
  3. Añadimos la cucharada de esencia de vainilla y batimos.
  4. Añadimos el aceite de girasol u oliva. En mi caso le pongo de girasol porque el sabor es más suave. Seguimos batiendo hasta que se incorpore.
  5. Agregamos los 250 ml de leche, yo le pongo semidesnatada.Seguimos batiendo hasta que quede incorporada la leche.
  6. Por último agregamos la harina de trigo o repostería junto con el sobre de levadura. A la hora de incorporarla da igual que no esté tamizada. Cuidado al batir si se bate con batidora eléctrica, yo primero lo íntegro dentro de la mezcla con la batidora apagada y luego la enciendo.
  7. Se mezcla bien hasta que no se vea la harina.
  8. Dejamos reposar la masa tapada con film transparente en la nevera mínimo 30-45 minutos, yo la tuve unas 2 horas. Podeís hacer la noche anterior y guardarla en la nevera, para poder desayunar unas tortitas recién hechas.
  9. Una vez reposada la masa, ponemos una sartén antiadherente y echamos una cucharadita de mantequilla, dejamos que se funda sin llegar a quemarla.
  10. Cuando se haya fundido cogemos una cuchara de servir sopa o una parecida para coger esa medida.
  11. Añadimos una cucharada de nuestra masa a la sartén.
  12. Cuando salgan burbujitas por la parte de arriba, ya estará lista para dar la vuelta a la tortita. Y en cuestión de 30-60 seg tendremos echa la otra cara de la tortita.
  13. Y así hasta acabar la masa. Salen entre 6 y 10 tortitas según la cuchara que useís.
  14. En esta ocasión congelé un poco de crema de cacao en papel vegetal, en forma de círculo, y rellene dos tortitas con la crema.
  15. Se pone una cucharada de masa seguido el círculo de crema de cacao y seguido otro poco de masa para cubrir la crema, se hacer por las dos caras y ya la tendríamos rellena.
