  1. Agrupamos todos los ingredientes.
  2. En un bol echamos el azúcar, la miel, el huevo y la pizca de sal y batimos bien con unas varillas. Agregamos el agua y volvemos a batir, nos va a quedar una mezcla espumosa.
  3. Agregamos la harina y la levadura tamizadas y mezclamos bien. Dejamos reposar 30 minutos.
  4. Ponemos una sartén antiadherente al fuego (yo no eché aceite pero si veis que se os pega la primera echad unas gotitas) y cuando esté caliente echamos una cuchara sopera, con cuidado de que la masa caiga en el centro de nuestra tortita y se vaya expandiendo, de manera que se vayan formando círculos bastante regulares. Cocinamos a fuego medio-bajo hasta que veamos que la masa se llena de burbujitas, le damos la vuelta y la hacemos por el otro lado.
  5. Una vez que hayamos gastado toda la masa las dejamos enfriar. Y cuando estén frías las rellenamos con la crema de cacao haciendo un sándwich.
  6. Ya tenemos el dulce favorito de Doraemon listo. ¡¡¡Espero que os guste!!!
