- Mientras preparamos la salsa mezclando un ajo picado, un yogur, perejil picado, pimienta, sal, comino y unas gotitas de zumo de limón exprimido.
- Clavamos a media cebolla dos palillos grandes(el truco me parece genial)y clavados a ellos vamos ensartando los trozos de pollo. Metemos al horno a 180 grados durante 25 minutos o hasta que empiece a estar dorado
- Mientras cortamos en juliana fina la cebolla morada, la lechuga y el tomate. Aliñamos todo y dejamos reposar
- Sacamos la carne del horno y cortamos con un cuchillo. Se acabará de hacer a la plancha
- Colocamos el pan sobre papel de aluminio y sobre el combinamos todo lo preparado: lechuga, tomate, cebolla, salsa y carne. Doblar las esquinas y hacer un sobre con las otras dos. Con el papel de aluminio envolver y hacer un paquete
- Asar a la plancha unos 10 minutos por cada lado. Servir entero o partido. Buen provecho
